The following terms and conditions govern all use of services provided by XXPRO FUEL SYSTEMS.
By engaging XXPRO FUEL SYSTEMS for fuel equipment services, maintenance, or any other solutions, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all clients, customers, and users of our services throughout Zimbabwe.
Service Terms: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Our technicians will arrive within the agreed timeframe. Service cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid potential cancellation fees. Emergency service calls are prioritized based on severity and safety considerations. While we strive to provide immediate response, service time may vary based on location and current demand.
Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and corporate checks. New clients may be required to provide a deposit for major equipment installations or repairs. Late payments may incur additional fees and affect future service priority. All pricing is subject to change with appropriate notice provided to ongoing service clients.
Warranties and Guarantees: Our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from service completion. Equipment parts carry manufacturer warranties as applicable. Our warranty covers defects in our installation and repair work but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines. Warranty service requires presentation of the original service invoice.
Liability Limitations: XXPRO FUEL SYSTEMS is not liable for damages beyond our direct control, including but not limited to: business interruption, revenue loss, or consequential damages from equipment failure. Our liability is limited to the lesser of repair costs or original service fees paid. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate business insurance coverage. We maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance to protect against damages directly caused by our services.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies. These terms constitute the entire agreement between XXPRO FUEL SYSTEMS and our clients regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.
